Our Warranty:

European American Decorative Painting Ltd. values customer satisfaction above anything else. If our work is anything less than satisfactory, please let us know to see if you qualify for coverage by our warranty. Our warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date the job was completed.

Our warranty covers:
  • Peeling, blistering, or cracking of paint
  • Nail pops
  • Wallpaper coming off
  • Horizontal surfaces are covered only for a period of 12 months since the job was completed
We do not cover:
Interior:
  • We are only responsible for the coats of paint we apply, and not any previously existing coats of paint.

  • Moisture/water damage

  • If the wallpaper comes off with a few layers of paint/plaster, it is not covered.
  • We can only warranty the nail pops for the screws we installed.
  • Bleeding Knots
  • Galvanized metal ducts
  • Stress cracks
Exterior:
  • Bleeding Knots
  • Moisture/water damage
  • Exterior horizontal varnished surfaces
  • Peeling overhangs due to water damage
In Addition:
  • Our warranty only applies if the preparation prior to painting was completed by us.
  • We do not cover cans of paint given by the customer that are previously opened. We accept new cans of paint, but they must be evaulated if older than 6 months.
